Shop Policies and FAQ

I make a small number of each design I come up with in order to not waste any time or materials on items unless they sell. Please do not be discouraged if you see a product is out. I'm probably already working on more. But contact me if there's something you want and I would be more than happy to work on that particular product for you right away.

Most designs take less than two days to complete, barring any issues with ordering my materials. Processing make take an additional day or two. Any longer and I will let you know.

CUSTOMER ORDERS

I'm certainly happy to accept any requests you have. For instance, if there's a bracelet you like but would prefer a charm you see on another bracelet, I'm happy to make that exchange. There may be a small fee depending on if the material cost of what you're asking for is more than the original. There would also be additional processing time to make the new item. But it could certainly be arranged. If I can do it I will. If I can't I'll let you know. Don't be shy about messaging me.

Sizing, length of cords, product quality, etc.

I use high-end hand-dyed waxed cord, gold plated stainless steel, brass, silver or Rhodium metals and premium European leathers to create my jewelry. All earrings are made with hypo-allergenic wires.

Some waxed cord ends may feel stiff at first but this will ease with wear and they will hang eventually. It's because I try not to over-manipulate the cord when creating an item so that it doesn't unravel the braiding or looping.

I purposely create end chains that are slightly longer and are more adjustable for people of size. As a fat chic there are times- especially with non-flexible metal jewelry- things are just made a bit too small and I don't want anyone to have that issue at my shop!

 

LIP/CASES

Lip cases ingredients are listed on each container. Please do not be worried about color shifting or color patchiness. It is simply the pearlescent nature of the mica coloring. It is natural.

Sometimes you will also notice a film that looks like little dots on top of a color. It's just vitamin E oil interacting with the gold specks in the colors I use. It is a super moisturizing and healing formula using high end natural products so seeing those little dots is a good thing!

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

I try incredibly hard to package my items as safely and securely as possible. I include lots of buffer! But sometimes the USPS is still rough with packages. They also sit in high-temp trucks for hours which may adversely affect a body products. Please read my policies below.

Refunds:
I do not supply refunds. If an item is missing from your order, you must let me know within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Exchanges:
Exchanges will only be done for the same item and only if the original item was damaged in some way *in delivery*. I do not do exchanges for damage from use/misuse.

1. I MUST receive notice of the damage within 24 hours of your delivery. To protect myself from scammers, there are NO exceptions to this rule.

2. All damaged items and pieces must be returned to me in order to process your exchange. If you received more than one item and the other item(s) are fine, then please just return the damaged item and all of its pieces. You do not need to send back everything.

3. Customer is responsible for shipping return fees sending the item back to me. I am not responsible for any duties or import taxes on items shipped outside of the USA. Please check with your local customs office for fee information.

SHIPPING

Shipping guarantee: I guarantee that all items are shipping out within 24 hours of your order being relayed to me. In the domestic US, shipping generally takes about 3-5 days. I am not responsible for delays because of the USPS.

1. I do not charge for domestic shipping within the US.

2. I cannot guarantee delivery times, only that I will send out the item for delivery within 24 business hours.

3. Shipping times to non-US countries will vary on local post procedures and customs. Fees will also vary on your location. I am not responsible for any duties or import taxes on items shipped outside of the USA. Please check with your local customs office for fee information.
